Summer glau

Firefly was Whedon's upcoming popular show and it's safe to say that she made an impact. Her character, River Tam, was one of the most complex characters that Glau was able to handle with ease. Summer Glau's character in Tam's film was forced to sit for government exams in order to prepare her for the role of the ideal assassin. The capability of Tam to regulate her emotions was taken away from her. Glau's fighting skills were also demonstrated in the show Firefly. Glau's training as an assassin allowed her the chance to utilize every aspect of her athletic ability. The classical background of Summer Glau has made her a skilled ballerina. She also has studied tango and Flamenco, but her foot injury put an end to her dancing career. Firefly featured only one episode however it was an enormous success. Whedon returned to the show several years later. Summer Glau however continued to perform with high-quality. Her appearances on television shows like Cold Case and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
