Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel spent her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual workout. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
