Coleman was born at Blackpool Lancashire. She attended Arnold School Blackpool, where she achieved straight As for A-levels. If Coleman was asked about her role in Emmerdale she replied that she regrets that she did not have the typical university experience. Coleman participated in a club named In Yer Space at her school. The group presented Crystal Clear in Edinburgh Festival. She won an award for her performance while the play was also highly praised. Coleman was offered the role of Jasmine Thomas while she was in auditions at the drama schools. This happened in 2005. Coleman was nominated twice in 2007. At the British Soap Awards she was nominated as Best Newcomer and in the National Television Awards she was named the the Most Popular Newcomer. The 2009 British Soap Awards she was nominated in categories such as the Best Actress Sexiest Female and Best Dramatic Performance categories. Coleman was nominated for Best Actress by the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat, the producer of Doctor Who confirmed in a 21st March 2012 press conference that Coleman will play Matt Smith's character after Karen Gillan left. Moffat said that he chose Coleman to play the role of companion because she could perform best alongside Smith. In addition, Moffat noted that she talked faster than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Since 1987, she's participated in TV and film projects. But, she's more popular for her television projects rather instead of films. Eva is best known for her roles in the role of the character Dr. Maria Santos on All My Children and as the detective Natalia Boa Vistas in CSI Miami. This particular show brought her two nominations for a 'Daytime Emmy. Also, she got to showcase her creativity via music. Eva is a businesswoman, in addition to an actress. Her third husband is father of her daughter.
