Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She moved to California when she was five. She was raised mainly within Orange County. She received her big break acting when she graduated from University of California San Diego in the year 2015. Pernas made minor appearances in NCIS and Leverage, but she landed the role in the role of Marisa on The Young and the Restless. Following her departure from the soap-opera in the year 2016, she landed an appearance in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model who is fluent in four languages has since appeared in The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 to 2020, she portrayed Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas is engaged to her former The Young and the Restless costar Justin Hartley. This romance began after Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in November of 2018. Pernas Hartley as well as Pernas Hartley were secretly married in the month of May 2021.
